Does the customer need an app?
No. A tap opens the phone's browser directly. Nothing to install, nothing to type.
What about phones without NFC?
Every piece we install carries a printed QR code as well. Tap it or scan it, same destination, nobody hits a dead end.
Is "tap to pay" a card machine?
No, and we will never pitch it as one. The tap opens your InstaPay payment link or wallet number on the customer's own phone, and they pay from their own app. It removes the asking and typing, not the bank.
Can we change where a card points?
Yes, remotely, any time. Every tag goes through our redirect layer, so we can repoint the campaign card from today's offer to next month's without touching the physical card.
How fast can it be installed?
A starter kit is wired, printed and installed in days. The full venue layer with menu, loyalty and pay pages usually lands within a week.
