Customer guide

Every customer surface works with no login and no passwords: your card lives at a private link, and every page opens Arabic-first with an English toggle.

Venue hub

/b/[slug]

The venue's home page in its own colors and logo: an open-now line, big tiles into the menu and rewards, and payment links when the venue set them up. This is where NFC cards and QR codes usually land.

  • Open-now state from the venue's real hours.
  • Tiles show only what this venue enabled (menu, points, info).
  • While sign-up is open, a join-the-rewards card takes you straight to the registration form.
  • InstaPay link and a copyable Vodafone Cash number when configured; Blink itself never touches the money.
  • Arabic-first with an English toggle in the corner.

Info and contact

/b/[slug]/info

The venue's card: address with a maps link, tap-to-call phone, WhatsApp, social links, opening hours, and wifi when set. Always on for every venue.

  • Maps link opens navigation straight to the venue.
  • Hours table with the open-now state.
  • This page is the usual target of the venue's NFC business card.

Points and rewards

/b/[slug]/loyalty

How this venue's loyalty program works, in plain words: how points are earned (per pound spent or per visit) and the rewards ladder from cheapest up. No login needed to read it.

  • The earn rule up top: for example every 10 EGP = 1 point.
  • Every active reward with its cost in points.
  • Ask at the counter to join; it takes one phone number.

Join the program

  1. Give the staff your phone number at the counter.
  2. They add you in seconds and your points start counting from this purchase.
  3. Ask for your card link on WhatsApp to track your balance.

Join / register

/b/[slug]/join

One short form (name + phone) that gets you in: during an event it also hands you the event voucher, and when a venue runs evergreen registration it simply signs you up to their program. You land on your member card right after.

  • Name and phone, nothing else. A known phone just brings your existing card back.
  • During an event: one voucher per campaign, ever. Registering twice never mints a second one.
  • If the venue puts starting points on a new card, they are already on your balance when the card opens. One grant per campaign, like the voucher.
  • Your card saves itself on the phone so it is there next time, and you get an add-to-home-screen offer.
  • If the event is over or paused, the page sends you to the venue's normal home page.

Register at an event booth

  1. Scan the QR or tap the NFC card at the booth.
  2. Type your name and phone, then submit.
  3. Your card opens with the voucher on it; show it at the counter for your discount.

Member card

/c/[token]

Your personal card at a venue, branded in its colors: points balance, visits, progress toward the next reward, your vouchers, and a QR the staff can scan. It lives at a private link; no password, no login.

  • Balance hero with a progress bar to the cheapest reward and how far along you are.
  • Visit milestones (1, 5, 10, 25, 50) light up as you keep coming back.
  • A brand-new welcome voucher arrives covered in scratch foil; scratch it with your finger to reveal your discount.
  • Active vouchers render as tickets; used or expired ones stay visible, dimmed.
  • Recent activity: your last earns and redeems.
  • The QR is your member code for the staff scanner at the counter. If the counter's phone cannot open a camera scanner, the short code under it is typed into the same search box and does the same job.
  • Notifications are per card and are switched on and off from that card. There is no one place that collects them all yet.
  • An install offer keeps the card one tap away; not now snoozes it for two weeks.
  • Play and win: when the venue turns games on, a daily spin wheel, scratch card, and menu memory game hand out points and vouchers straight onto your card. One play per game per day; the tile shows what you won and when the next play unlocks.
  • Keep the link private: anyone holding it can see this card.

Play the daily game

  1. Open your card and find the play-and-win section; every game marked Play is available today.
  2. Spin the wheel, scratch the foil, or match the menu photos; the prize is decided the moment you play.
  3. Points and vouchers land on this same card instantly; come back after midnight for a fresh play.

Use your card at the counter

  1. Open your card from the saved link, home-screen icon, or Blink Rewards.
  2. Show the QR or say your phone number.
  3. The staff adds your points or redeems your reward; the card updates next time it opens.
